Another week, another CrossFit Open workout. This time the workout consisted of two technical movements, double unders and muscle-ups. Of course before an athlete even reached these two movements they had to make it through 150 wall balls. Yikes. It was tough and many athletes were lucky to make it to the muscle-up section of the workout. I traveled down to CrossFit New Haven again and being that it was St. Patrick’s day, the green wall found at the box was a perfect backdrop. Thank you for letting me swing by Crossfit New Haven!
